The BBC will screen a Panorama on the blacklisting this evening at 8:30pm.
I declined an interview with Richard Bilton as I will not take part in anything that features the awful Mary Kerr defending the actions of her husband, certain militant construction workers pleading poverty when they could have found work, apathetic politicians (see link below), and a complicit trade union (Unite) who were in full possession of all my evidence as far back as 2005 and deliberately buried this to protect their cozy financial relationship with the construction companies.

There is a wealth of evidence available to any journalist on this website and my evidence to the select committee was filmed live and is therefore available to view and use from the Parliament website.

I've wasted so much time and effort with BBC Producers and journalists over the last few years trying to persuade them to consider and report the true facts and evidence in this scandal to a wider audience. It will therefore be very interesting to see if they are now prepared to do so.
